I would highly recommend Lanissa to any one looking to buy/ sell a property. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the buying selling process. She was unbiased, professional, and most importantly very honest. Unlike many other real estate agents I encountered, she was not trying to sell me any old house. She was out to sell me my perfect house. Although she is a very busy gal, she always found time for me despite my crazy schedule. I will be using her for all of my real estate needs in the future. Being a 1st time home buyer, this was a scary process. I couldn’t imagine doing it with out her confidence and knowledge. I feel fortunate that I was able to work with someone as genuinely talented as her.
